LTE VS 3G
3G can run up to 7.2 Mbps, which means it is slower than the LTE. LTE can be run up to 100 Mbps, which means it is faster than the 3G. 3G is an old technology that has stable, established servers. LTE is a new technology that does not have stable, established servers in it
WHAT DO I NEED TO RICA
You need to submit a copy of your ID and your proof of residence. The proof of residence you use must match the address you used to sign up for this service (i.e. the address on your account) or it won't be accepted by RICA. You may choose a different delivery address if you need to
WHY ZTE ROUTER
The ZTE MF286C can achieve peak download speed to 300Mbps and upload speed to 50mbps on LTE networks and 1300mbps on WiFi Network. The ZTE MF286C supports advanced VoLTE voice calls. CAN I MOVE THE ROUTER AROUND
If you have MTN LTE you will need to request a change of address as MTN SIM's are location locked. If you move to an area without LTE you will need to use our convenient "Moving Home" service to switch to another service
HOW DO LONG WILL IT TAKE TO SWITCH
LTE orders are delivered within 3-5 business days from the time that you complete your order. You must RICA successfully to complete your order
CAN I USE OTHER ROUTERS
Unfortunately our upstream provider only allows us to use the ZTE286C router on the fixed MTN LTE packages
WHAT PACKAGE SHOULD I USE
We recommend taking at least a 100GB/month LTE package if you are planning on using your internet to stream
ARE THERE ANY CONTRACS INVOLVED?
No. We don't do contracts. It's as simple as this: If you choose to cancel we need one calendar month's notice
